fix(android/engine): Remove LanguageListUtil.getKeyboardsInfo()
...
With the KeyboardController() refactor, the keyboard cloud catalog information is no longer used for determining packaging/keyboard info.
This updates setKeyboard() calls to instead use KeyboardController()
