chore(common): Enhance cherry-pick labeling 
So far we only check for the 🍒 emoji character to add
the cherry-pick label. GitHub now also supports emoticons as text
in PR titles. This change adds the detection of the `🍒`
text.

fix(linux): Don't crash displaying keyboard details 
At least one user got a crash trying to click on the "About" button
to display keyboard details for the ekwtamil99uni keyboard. I can't
reproduce the problem, but this change adds additional code that
should prevent the crash from happening.

Fixes #5756.

fix(linux): Don't crash with non-keyboard package file 
If a user tries to a install a model .kmp file, we now display a
message box instead of crashing.

Fixes #5753.

a65b55e1b5 fix(web): support variable stores with predictive text 
Fixes #2924.

When a keyboard includes variable stores, predictive text fat-fingering
tests will no longer affect the variable store values.

d4b9f18106 fix(developer): move ampersand to shift+7 on touch 
Fixes #5702.

On the phone layout for two templates, ampersand (`&`) was on Shift+6
instead of on Shift+7.

c760fb7464 fix(web): popup positioning 
Fixes three issues:

* longpress positioning for inlined OSK views where not all elements
  may be in the offset hierarchy; impacts particularly where an inlined
  OSK may be within a flex-box.

* Tweaks position of keytip, to take into account the offsetTop of the
  key element.

* Inverts test for display of longpress callout, matching Keyman 14.
