docs(linux): Update packaging documentation 
- remove obsolete `packageName` variable
- add section on how to build with Docker, similar to how the
  package build is done on GHA
- updated "uploading to Debian" section
- some reformatting

fix(linux): Fix checkout of PRs 
We need to specify the full ref, otherwise GitHub will add
`refs/heads` and `refs/tags` which won't work for pull requests.

463b76de5d chore(common): builder internal dependencies 
Fixes the scenario where `builder_describe_outputs` is called after
`builder_parse`, so that internal dependencies will be built as
required.

5d09c3fcc4 fix(windows): add remove lang id uses correct kbd 
The id node taken from the keyman_keyboardlist.xsl was using the
packgage id name rather than the keyboard id name. This change
corrects that.
