Deploy kmc as an ES module, forced now by top-level await that we use in
the sentry load.
Moved NodeCompilerCallbacks to same util folder as schemas are found in,
to avoid rewriting schema loading with imports in this PR. It belongs
better there than messages/ anyway.
Distributed files are now .mjs. Removed --enable-source-maps from
launchers as logging will be managed with sentry anyway.
The sample keyboards included with Keyman Developer were decidedly
unhelpful. Removing them and instead we should point users to the
Keyboards repo in the future.
Fixes#6363.
Fixes#7408.
For kmc*.cmd, enables source maps. If you are running kmc from node on
your own system, you may need to enable source maps in other ways.
Note that error reports should be going through to Sentry, and source
maps should already be used for those.
Fixes#7237.
Full clean, configure and build will be required for Core, Developer
after this change.
kmc is much less unwieldy a name than kmldmlc, and becomes our platform
for future compiler integration. Start of implementation for #5283 also.
Adds kmdecomp to kmcomp-<version>.zip and fixes a couple of stability
issues:
* Increase buffer sizes (this fix very much a hack)
* Ensures that .bmp/.ico files are saved to correct output folder
* Disable loading sentry.dll when running on WINE
Replaces the script building kmcomp-$version.zip in TeamCity. Will be
used for more automated keyboard testing shortly.
Means kmcomp-$version.zip will be available as an artifact in all test
builds.

Updated various places in Keyman Developer to show the full
VersionWithTag rather than the short version number we had been
previously showing:
- About dialog
- Welcome screen
- Installer
- kmcomp help
- kmconvert help
- kmanalyze help
- kmdecomp help
This should help when testing to verify that we are testing the right
version.
Also fixed the keymansentry path when running command line C++ programs
from source repo.
