4b52dba137 test(web): add unit test for notany and context 
This adds a set of unit tests for notany() and context(), in a new file
with some simple boilerplate functions to smooth the way.

54efc34454 fix(web): support for notany() and context() 
Fixes #917.

This PR goes along with #3816 to enable support for `notany()` and
