fix(developer/ide): fix copy and paste in touch editor

Fixes #2676 . The Delphi shortcuts for copy/paste were overriding the
default shortcuts in the editor and focus control was not being recognised.

fix(windows): sentry exception reports
...
This updates Sentry integration to use the exception object which
gives better tracking and consolidation over time, once we learned
how to report the call stack more reliably.
