d76eca052e fix(common/core/desktop): split smp for context chars 
Fixes #5465.
Fixes #5561.

If a non-BMP Unicode char was emitted into the internal context, it was
being truncated to a WORD, which caused data loss for multi-group
keyboards.

Includes an update to a unit test to validate this fix.

f223fe7780 fix(windows): Welcome should always show in front

ab263a743f chore(windows): sentrytool param file support 
The maximum command line length in Windows is 2047 characters. In Delphi
it appears to be 1024 characters. In debugging, I hit that 1024
character limit which was pretty annoying.

So this patch allows us to use an `@file` parameter to put command line
parameters into a text file and read from that instead. It's probably a
little hacked together and could be turned into a class that we could
usefully reuse in all our other command line apps.

I looked around for a generic Delphi solution but did not find an
existing one that was any good.

Low priority, not required for beta, but putting it up because I've done
the work already.

39dbd09245 fix(windows): tsysinfo format grid correctly

chromium browser instead of mshtml, plus a tweak to build
copy xsl files as well to bin

chore(linux): Remove compiler warning in ibus-keyman 
This change replaces the deprecated `g_type_class_add_private`
and `G_TYPE_INSTANCE_GET_PRIVATE` with `G_DEFINE_TYPE_WITH_PRIVATE`
and the generated method `km_service_get_instance_private`.

chore(common/core): Allow shell script for kmcomp 
This change allows to build the keyboards on Linux if a `kmcomp`
script can be found in PATH. Otherwise we check for and use `wine`
and `kmcomp.exe`.

refactor(linux): Cleanup import of os.path 
This change imports `os` instead of `os.path`. This is the
recommended way. It also reduces confusion whether to use
`os.path.whatever()` or just `path.whatever()`.
