Wrapped most source files with conditional loading scheme in order to block accidentally redefining functionality and data if KMW is loaded multiple times.
...
A few of the simpler files (definitions of string functions, basic init) were left unchanged.

Now that the CI build server publishes web (output) and embedded artifacts, the build.bat file can be updated to leave the build number out of artifact names.
