Fixes#9692.
Signature checking was skipped because we missed a ".virtual" to force
nmake to build the test and test_i3633 targets. This opened up a small
cascade of related formatting issues on Makefiles, and the fact that the
test_i3633 (has there ever been a more poorly named project?) Makefile
did not even work.
Refactored significantly, added same tests to Developer Makefile, and
also now verifying the .msi and installer executable.
We can improve this further but I'd like to get this in to avoid further
critical issues with code signing given the current broken signing
configuration.
While it may be smarter to move to a different build system altogether,
it is also a *lot* more work. This was a fairly minor syntax refresh to
get nmake working with our existing Makefile system. This is now no
longer compatible with Borland make, so you will need to use `nmake` to
build.
The presence of NMAKE.md informs builds systems that nmake should be
used instead of make.
We no longer need to backup debug files as they are saved to the symbol
store during a release build. This reduces the amount of storage
required for a release build and should speed up the build also.
Also fixes the broken build where backup had not been updated for the
new consistent build paths.
Move to all projects using bin/ and obj/ for outputs, and
cleanup all Makefiles and project files accordingly. Remove
some obsolete projects along the way. Cleanup .gitignore
also.
Fixes#4185.
Make sure Keyman is shut down during the uninstall so that it isn't left
in a weird state with missing files. This also reduces the need for a
reboot after uninstall.

This addresses the majority of locations where we use the name "Keyman
Desktop" in code. There will be some filenames and paths that do not
change at this point -- particularly at a source level. For now, the
focus is on the user interface changes.
While making these changes, I also made the VERSION and MANIFEST
resources more consistent.

Task creation was failing for some users because Windows Tasks are all
stored in a shared folder, so attempts to use the same task name by
different users were failing, especially if the user was a non-admin
user.
Furthermore, attempts to execute the trigger would fail because Windows
treats keyman.exe as needing elevation in this context (even though it
doesn't, actually), and so I changed the trigger to call `kmshell -s`,
which then does the needful.
Finally, the uninstaller now attempts to remove all the scheduled tasks
in the Keyman folder. It doesn't care if it fails -- it's just cleanup
and doesn't impact the system adversely if the tasks hang around.
Fixes#3831.
This fixes both issues reported in the bug (dproj changes ensure
separate .tds, and Makefile changes fix order of execution so that
dbg is generated after sentryprep's cleanup).
Release build executables should have 3 component version numbers with
the version tag appended, e.g. keymandesktop-14.0.155-alpha-local.exe.
Coming later, rename keymandesktop-version.exe to keyman-version.exe.
