Fixes two things:
* $VERSION_GIT_TAG was being misinterpreted by mkver as
$VERSION + "_GIT_TAG". This has been addressed by making the $VERSION
match the last one in the replaceVersionStrings_Mkver function, and
also have moved to using the newer $VersionGitTag and $Environment
vartiables instead.
* The 'dist' property was being set in sentry-cli sourcemap uploads,
though we never set the dist prop when we initialize sentry.
Fixes#10146.
Some developers may wish to stick with kpj-1.0 for now, and the prompt
to upgrade would annoying because it cannot be hidden. This resolves
that.
Note that I haven't at this point renamed UrlRenderer.pas, although it
may be worth considering in the future.
Reverts some of the version 2.0 project functionality, as there are a
number of challenges around populating files for folders that don't have
project definitions, particularly if user attempts to load a folder that
is not a project folder after all but happens, e.g. to have a source
folder in it.
For the Project view, the Distribution tab now shows file relative
paths, which helps with organization. Have opted _not_ to show the
relative paths in the other tabs, because that information is visible
when the file details are expanded, and because those files should
always be in SourcePath anyway.
Identifies .xml keyboards when building file list, then shows those
appropriately in the keyboard list. Also enables grouped actions such
as keyboard_compileall for those keyboards.
Relates to #9948. Starts basic support for v2.0 projects.
For all operating modes:
- Remove blank projects / untitled projects mode
- Add Open Project Folder buttons and links
- Remove Project Save As
- Render uses in-memory XML
- Upgrade to v2.0 project file (along with checks)
For v2.0 projects:
- Remove 'Add File to Project'
- Populate Files to list all files in folder (note: consider efficiency
here as currently files are parsed for subfile data)
- Version 2.0 project options and defaults
Fixes#7851.
Note that this fixes the selection pop issue with duplicate ids in some
scenarios but not all. For example, the undo stack doesn't have enough
detail at this point to be able to track this. This fix addresses the
most egregious issue relating to key size adjustment and similar.

When undo is run in the layout builder, it is better to keep the user's
selected presentation if possible. (The selected presentation is not
stored in the undo stack, but is a view property affected by the
currently selected platform.)
Fixes#9546.
Previously, a new project would include both mobile and tablet platform
in the touch layout file. However, the majority of devs want to work
with just one, so this removes the tablet platform. Adding a new
platform is a single click within the editor, which duplicates the
current platform as a starting point.

Adds a 'default' property to subkeys, only used by longpress-type
subkeys:
* Added property to schema and readers/writers
* Added property to touch layout validator
* Added editor for property to layout builder
Fixes#7658.
When manipulating text that contains an unpaired surrogate, the text
editor could throw an exception trying to encode the text to send
through to the token command. This simply masks that error.
