4ed0667252 fix(developer): debugger breaking smp with bksp 
In the past, we received two bksp events when deleting smp,
but that code was eliminated a version or two ago, and this missed
the cut then.

Fixes #2730.

b6696e47a7 fix(developer): crash when switching layout templates 
Keyman Developer could crash if a specific sequence was invoked
importing a keyboard into a touch layout and then changing the

bdeb2b1baa fix(developer): upgrade removes preferences 
The uninstall is supposed to remove HKCU settings for developer. However
a side-effect is that an upgrade (which msi treats as uninstall/
install internally) also removes HKCU settings. This is sad and it is
probably better overall to leave a dangling HKCU key after uninstall.

Fixes #2667.

If you attempt to import a blank OSK into the touch layout editor,
nothing happens, but behind the scenes the state was corrupted, meaning
when you attempt to continue work at some point the app will crash.

a1ff4bc3c5 fix(developer/ide): model editor wordlist tab modified state 
Fixes #2632.

The model editor was not being notified of changes in wordlist tabs,
which meant that it would never be set into modified state for changes
exclusively in a wordlist.

a0001a7caa fix(developer/ide): model debugger mime type mismatch 
Fixes #2630.

The MIME type for .js was being read from the registry, which on some
systems has been corrupted to text/plain, which causes Chrome to abort
loading the script. The fix is to avoid loading the system registered
MIME types, which we don't need anyway, because all the MIME types we
are using are in the default hard-coded list.

f2f269545a fix(developer/compiler): merge reports touch badly 
Fixes #2498.

The .keyboard_info merge was incorrectly assuming the presence of a .js
in the .kmp file if the source .kmn file asserted support for touch
platforms, when testing the .kmx files. Now, platform support for
Android and iOS will only be added if the package actually includes the
.js file that makes that possible.

The touch layout editor was not accepting characters inserted from
character map by double-clicking or using the menu, only by drag+drop.

a2a8e34653 fix(developer): char map drop into text editor 
With changes to the text editor relating to focus,
double-clicking and drag-dropping from character
map no longer worked reliably. This patch resolves
this problem.

Fixes #2466.

72328a3957 feat(developer): Default project path 
Fixes #1689. Sets the default project path to
'Documents\Keyman Developer\Projects' so that
Keyman Developer files don't clutter user's
Documents folder. Can be changed in Options
dialog.
