Eberhard Beilharz	d1cd46be41	chore(linux): Fix lintian warnings ... Also improve upload script to force push changelog branches. Lintian v2.115 (which is run on Debian servers) still produces pedantic warnings, but there seems to be a bug - no matter what pattern I add to `lintian-overrides`, I can't get it to ignore the files. Eberhard Beilharz	2a14ffdaa1	docs(linux): Add use of Dev Containers to sample settings ... The Dev Containers vscode extension allows to run the unit tests in a container. Marc Durdin	57da5ec288	chore(windows): remove test certificates ... Including test certificates in the repo is convenient, but not safe.
