7a9bba153c Remove build number from embedded artifacts 
Now that the CI build server publishes web (output) and embedded artifacts, the build.bat file can be updated to leave the build number out of artifact names.

6ef1a64c06 Shifted the definition of compile path information for use by all routes through the batch file (error from prior version). 
Also created internal constants for the source and output folders.  The relative paths have been stress-tested under various conditions and are all stable.

966b13fea6 Initial merger with the KMEA/KMEI build.bat complete, all build paths tested. 
May not handle the BUILD variable properly and doesn't yet have constants for the relative path directories.

f320d6fc2f Fixed up the odd tablet behavior when dynamically removed elements were readded. ... yes, that could be a thing. Issue #63 complete! 
Also moved testing files from temporary 'testing' directory to /web/samples.

173ad56f0e The issue #62 fix is now absolutely usable in its present form; the only hangup at present is a quickly self-correcting cosmetic one. 
Also reorganized testing file layout.
