Introduce enum DialogType to specify the kind of confirmation dialog. Later, we'll add DOWNLOAD_MODEL and DELETE_MODEL.

2ce86ecee3 Insert more places for lexical models to be registered 
Update KMManager to handle determining associated lexical models and registering accordingly.
The current lexical model info is kept so switching keyboards into the same language won't trigger a new model registration.

Model registration now also occurs on app / keyboard startup
