db904b5617 fix(developer): cleanup package.json and build.sh errant references 
During analysis of root causes for #12027, discovered a few package
relationship issues in package.json and build.sh.

analyzer-messages.ts ///<reference> is a mitigation for now.

9c204ea071 fix(common): import EventEmitter only instead of all events in parser.js 
When importing all of events with:

    import * as events from 'events';

tsc for kmc-ldml (but not for common/web/types) would error with:

    ../../../common/web/types/build/src/deps/xml2js/parser.d.ts:17:25 - error TS2306: File '.../node_modules/@types/node/events.d.ts' is not a module.

    17 import * as events from "node/events.js";

I am not clear why. Changing to the following side-stepped this:

    import { EventEmitter } from 'events';

76bd22b120 fix(developer): bundle ttfmeta library internally with kmc-keyboard-info 
Remove ttfmeta from package.json, and copy only the relevant files into
ttfmeta/ under kmc-keyboard-info. This is a stopgap measure as we will
probably attempt to identify an alternate library in the future.

See also #11625 which is the driver for making this change now.

db514e0dc5 fix(common): update emoji stripping for Unicode 15.1 
Fixes #11220.

Replaces the sed script for matching emoji in ios prepRelease with a
tiny node project that uses emoji-regex package, to reduce future
maintenance.

Also strips lingering emoji and :xxx: emoji shortcut strings from
HISTORY.md. Note that :xxx: are not stripped programatically at this
time.

debb799caa fix(common): upgrade sentry-cli to 2.31.0 
Fixes #11091.

Updating to latest sentry-cli on all projects, reviewed release notes
and there do not appear to be any breaking changes.

sentry-cli 2.19.4 had a bug with uploading wasm symbols:
https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-cli/issues/1682

It was fixed in 2.20.0:
