2a06473125 More misc cleanup 
* Default keyboard doesn't have "custom keyboard" setting so read it as optional parameter
* Don't notify "KEYBOARD_DOWNLOAD_FINISHED" when only downloading lexical model
* Removed registration of lexical model upon download (complications with async task)

4315eca134 Register associated lexical model after adding it 
Also fix deleteLexicalModel to not use modelKey
(Sencoten key has mix of `-` and `_` in the language ID and model ID)

10f43eec76 Update dependencies again 
Android Studio is warning  a call (from Firebase) will be deprecated end of 2019. This updates the versions of
* Frebase
* Gradle from 4.10.1 to 5.1.1

Also stubs a missing keyboard event handler in some of the sample/test projects.

* Cleanup PackagePrcessor so less utility methods unzip/parse
