The red colouring of the "Languages:" label was driven by a xml

refreshed without restarting the app. The new xml element is
driven by registery languages value that is refreshed straight
away.
The Keyboard layouts tab: When a keyboard is disabled
Just the details text on the right is 'greyed' out. The buttons
on the left our no longer greyed out except for 'Add/remove'
which is now disabled.
Removes koRunElevatedInVista, koSwitchLanguageForAllApplications,
koSwitchLanguageWithKeyboard, koUnknownLanguage, koTurnOnSurrogates
from localizations and from UI.
These options are no longer relevant, mostly due to improved operating
system support.
Only one option was still visible, koSwitchLanguageForAllApplications,
so this has been hidden in keyman_options.xsl, for future full removal.
Adds Sentry breadcrumbs for the following crash reports:
* KEYMAN-WINDOWS-62
* KEYMAN-WINDOWS-6H (? no reports in recent releases, so may be
resolved)
* KEYMAN-WINDOWS-7J
* KEYMAN-WINDOWS-4R
The source of these crashes is hard to pinpoint, so hoping that this
additional data sheds some light.
The hotkey option and editing did not need to be on the add remove
languages pop-up.
There size of the contentframe for all the tabs was incorrectly
calculated. The header size was not correct as the header had
padding. This caused the size to be redrawn incorrectly when
a scroll bar was first added.
- Red Text in Languages if no languages have been added
- Adjust spacing for the keyboard layout buttons to insure the overall
flex box padding matches the gap between the buttons.
- Remove blue hover from languages
- Add a selection colour for keyboard layout that has focus
- Change Hover colour for buttons
- Tweaks to the appearance of the Add/remove languages pop-up include a close button.
This has many updates to the layout of the hotkey displays
the css grid also has improvements. It also connects to the arrow keys
and fixes the focus of list items when selecting menu-item tabs
Fixes#6098.
If the list of languages is too long to fit, the menu now dynamically
adds a scroll bar.
As a bonus:
* The language names are sorted (non-Latin scripts at bottom for now)
* `nmake install` works again (in kmshell, presence of `install` folder
was confusing it)
