4ffe5b1fc7 [linux] separate into separate files 
fix installation in deb package:
 add to MANIFEST.in to go into dist tarball
 there is a dh bash-completion so use it
add completion for km-package-get

now builds 2 packages keyman-config with the scripts to run
and python3-keyman-config with the keymanconfig module
