Clean up packages to install
* devtools (maybe later change to ubuntu-dev-tools?)
* gir1.2-webkit-3.0 (deprecated by gir1.2-webkit2-4.0 which is already installed)

[KMFL] option to install ibus-kmfl to be used with ibus
...
this installs /usr/share/ibus/component/kmfl.xml
and moves the ibus-kmfl package version of that file out of
the way and lets you put it back afterwards
