57dcdf3b2b fix(android): Pass language ID to ConformDialogFragment 
When cancelling the Android system notifications about lexical model update being available, the notification would still remain.

This passes the language ID so the dialog can be cancelled.

9fed52a743 fix(android): Revert KMManager.onDestroy 
Fixes #2539

During #2326, `KMManager.onDestroy()` was updated to set `InAppKeyboard` and `SystemKeyboard` to null. While good in practice, this created  an issue when closing Keyman as a System Keyboard. Lingering Javascript calls in the WebView would crash with the null keyboards.

This reverts `onDestroy()` to how it has been since before 2.8 stable

cde60e23f4 feat(android): Add QR Codes on Keyboard Info pages 
Addresses Android for #1535

Add QR Codes to the keyman.com keyboard page.

If the main app doesn't include the QRGen libraries, the QR Code isn't generated/displayed.

Also update the list of dependencies in README.md

30912b75cc fix(android): Cherrypick #2378 to master 
This PR cherrypicks #2378 to master
This fixes a few issues involving the Cloud Repository

1. Add some null checking to prevent crashes
2. This addresses an issue where a custom .kmp package is installed (which currently associates the first language listed in kmp.json). Trying to install additional languages listed in the kmp.json failed because the package ID info wasn't being propagated.

Follow-on to #2376 for master

This fixes Crashlytics [issue](https://console.firebase.google.com/u/0/project/kmapro-ee779/crashlytics/app/android:com.tavultesoft.kmapro/issues/054f29f4c0601121ea1102c0eadf7cb6?time=last-seven-days&sessionId=5DDAD1AB0156000132ECCEAF30E92E2B_DNE_0_v2)

by adding additional checks for when `getTextBeforeCursor()` returns null context. The length in determining `newContext` was also fixed to handle the test scenario involving 6 emojis (SMP chars) followed by `p̂p̂`

Cherrypick of #2281 for master

Due to a Chromium [bug](https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1024738) in the implementation of deleteSurroundingText, we need to save off the original context and re-insert characters that shouldn't have been deleted.

47df0be02b fix(android): Grant WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission 
On API level 19, the DownloadManager was throwing an exception because it needed WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to download the cloud catalog info.
