Eberhard Beilharz	ea6bd736ca	maint(linux): update to new version of gha-ubuntu-packaging ... The previous version 2.0 of gha-ubuntu-packaging was missing `--` to separate the command to be called from `retry`, so the arguments for that command were considered arguments for `retry`. Eberhard Beilharz	043f2c65f5	chore(linux): Build packages for next Ubuntu version separately ... This change splits the package builds into building packages for the released Ubuntu versions and for the next version.
