Fixes#7090.
Fixes#7091.
While kmcomp loads most files just fine when paths with forward slashes
are passed in, it fails to parse target path correctly when building one
file out of a project.
For example, if the user runs:
```
kmcomp.exe -t khmer_angkor.kmn release/k/khmer_angkor/khmer_angkor.kpj
```
Then the following error arises:
```
khmer_angkor.kps: Error: 0001 Validation error: The system cannot find the path specified.
khmer_angkor.kps: Failure: Package C:\Projects\keyman\keyboards\source\khmer_angkor.kps had validation errors.
```
This patch ensures all paths passed in as command-line parameters are
converted to backslashes, matching the expected Windows format. While I
only needed to fix the `FParamTarget` parameter in order to address the
reported issues, for consistency I applied the same fix to all input
paths.
If `-no-compiler-version` is specified, then we skip the embedding of
the `TSS_COMPILEDVERSION` and `TSS_KEYMANCOPYRIGHT` stores. This is
intended for use with regression test builds of keyboards when we want
to verify changes to the compiler.
This patch introduces the new export `SetCompilerOptions` in kmcmpdll,
which should make it easier to include new options like this in future
versions.
Updated various places in Keyman Developer to show the full
VersionWithTag rather than the short version number we had been
previously showing:
- About dialog
- Welcome screen
- Installer
- kmcomp help
- kmconvert help
- kmanalyze help
- kmdecomp help
This should help when testing to verify that we are testing the right
version.
Also fixed the keymansentry path when running command line C++ programs
from source repo.
Note this also drags TextFileFormat.pas and KMDActionInterfaces.pas into
the package so have moved those into general and components folders
respectively, alongside KMDActions.pas and updated corresponding
project includes.
