Marc Durdin	b10634eb97	refactor(common): move all lexical model types into LexicalModelTypes container ... Many of the types had very generic names (e.g. `Configuration`), and as the types are now exported from `@keymanapp/common-types`, this was unhelpful. For units with many references, I used TypeScript's import-equals to reduce the change impact. For units with only a few references, I added the `LexicalModelTypes.` prefix to the references in source. Marc Durdin	5a93bdf6c2	chore(developer): make package subfile description fully optional ... The package subfile description field is never really used in the end-user apps. As it is meaningless metadata, we'll make it fully optional, and start to remove all references in the designers and compilers. Marc Durdin	b7810bdd2e	fix(developer): check vars string usage before definition ... Validation of vars was not properly checking for forward references to string variables. This, coupled with a null vs undefined bug in subsequent use, meant that forward reference variables were ending up with a literal string value of 'undefined'. This also fixes the test for visual-keyboard-compiler, where the fixture was actually buggy and was the trigger for investigating this problem. Eberhard Beilharz	5552fdd5ad	chore(web): expose util.ts as separate sub-export ... The exports of the `util.ts` can now be imported as `@keymanapp/common-types/utils`. Those methods are used by developer. We still export the `Uni_IsSurrogate*` methods in `main.js` because they are needed by the keyboard-processor, but exporting everything would increase the size of the resulting `keymanweb.js`. Marc Durdin	3497e97b00	feat(developer): automatic version detection for U_xxxx_yyyy ids ... Currently, automatic Keyman minimum version determination works for all features in Keyman keyboards _except_ `U_xxxx_yyyy` touch key identifiers. This change adds the automatic keyboard versioning functionality to the keymanweb compiler as well, following the pattern that's in kmcmplib.
