This change allows the autopkgtests to run on s390x architecture
but immediately exits the test with a successful return code.

fix(linux): Display error message for corrupt .kmp file
...
If the user tries to install a corrupt .kmp file we now display
an error message instead of just logging to the console and Sentry.
Fixes #8478 .

chore(linux): Prevent building on s390x

This reverts commit 07ae306fd4#6500 after a discussion on the Debian mailing list.
However, Keyman currently doesn't work on s390x architecture because
we don't support big-endian (#5111 ). This shows in test failures during
package build (cf https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=keyman&arch=s390x&ver=16.0.138-4&stamp=1676139609&raw=0 ).

chore(common): clean up --debug usage in build scripts

Fixes #8373 .
Note that the core functionality requested in #8373 is already in place;
this commit just does some cleanup to make this easier to maintain in
the future:
* Uses `builder_is_debug_build` function to test for debug build
(instead of `builder_has_option --debug`, which would also work but
using the other function avoids typo issues with the option name).
* Renames `$_builder_debug` to `$_builder_debug_internal` to reduce
naming confusion
* Documents `$builder_debug`, `builder_is_debug_build`, and clarifies
usage of `--debug` option.
* Logs command line for dep builds (we could hide this in the future,
but it certainly doesn't hurt for now!)

Paths that describe outputs are supposed to be relative to root,
not absolute. Also, it turns out we don't use the `--output`
parameter, so this change removes it.

fix(linux): Fix debian postinst script
...
The ibus-keyman post-installation script failed, causing the entire
installation to fail. This change removes `set -e` so that we try
to run the rest of the commands even when one command should fail.
Also accounts for ibus-daemon being started with the full path,
and start ibus-daemon with fill path as well.
