Some of the npm audit warnings left after #13897 require an updated `mocha` version to remedy. As we only really use `mocha` to do unit-testing, it should be safe to update if all of our existing tests pass with the new version.
Test-bot: skip
This change adds the mocha-teamcity-reporter which outputs the running
tests in a special format that TeamCity can interpret. This allows TC
to show which tests run as well as the number of tests run.
Also refactor some of the build scripts to use functions.
Note that we had to explicitly add `--check-coverage=false` (which is the
default) to get successful builds when we run on TC.
Given we've just run a build, this (a) seems unnecessary, and (b) seems
to go wrong in some circumstances anyway, e.g.
https://build.palaso.org/buildConfiguration/Keyman_Developer_Release/421326?buildTab=log&focusLine=19936&linesState=18839&logView=flowAware:

I missed adding this as a dependency for @keymanapp/kmc-package. because
node has a very lenient dependency search, it found xml2js from other
@keymanapp/common-types, so never caused errors locally.
Fixes#8795.
Relates to #9090.
Cleans up and makes consistent compiler messages in kmc, and related
unit tests.
Adds support for colorized messages.
After installing chalk for ansi coloring in kmc, @types/node needed to
be brought in sync with the Typescript version, per the suggestion of
checking against `npm dist-tags @types/node`,found in a discussion at
https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/discussions/64262#discussioncomment-4905069
Additional tidying up includes:
* Deprecating a set of functions in compiler-interfaces, bringing them
together under a new CompilerError class.
Separating CompilerErrorSeverity and CompilerErrorMask enums.
* Making CompilerError.formatEvent (formerly compilerEventFormat) print
messages in the same format as NodeCompilerCallbacks (sans coloring).
* Adding a wrapper class for CompilerCallbacks that manages the filename
reporting, used currently exclusively by kmc itself.
Adds eslint, effectively disabled, to infrastructure for all of kmc.
Note that eslintNoNodeImports.js will be used in the next commit, for
verifying #8644.
The build/ folder for most packages was missing due to being listed in
.gitignore.
Also, @keymanapp/ldml-keyboard-constants package was not being published
despite being a dependency of @keymanapp/kmc-keyboard.
Instead of relying on npm's use of .gitignore / .npmignore (which has
seriously wonky behaviours), we list the files that should be included
in package.json.
NPM Wonky behaviours: it seems that .npmignore causes .gitignore in the
same folder to be ignored. But, higher level .gitignore files still
affect the files included in the package, which makes
specification-by-exclusion painful (negating exclusions, etc). We do not
recommend use of .npmignore anywhere for this reason.
Fixes#8586.
All npm publish actions in the repository are now run as part of the
Developer release build, hosted at present by kmc, until we setup a
higher-level build script to do it.
Adds a 'pack' action which mirrors 'publish' for all npm packages.
Removes unnecessary dev dependencies of models-templates and
models-wordbreakers from kmc-model.
Web Release build CI step has been updated to check for presence of
.build-builder.
- generate coverage/lcov.info files in several places that were already using c8
- change kmc-package's 'npm test' to include coverage, leave 'coverage' as alias
- gitignore the lcov files
