bd931259e9 docs(windows): add startup app disabled warning help 
This add the documentation to support the startup apps
setting warning when Keyman is disabled in the Windows
Startup settings.

19b394601f docs(windows): replace 'keep in touch' tab with 'update' tab to help file 
Replace screen shots for Keyman Configuration still showing 'keep in touch' tab with new screen shots showing 'update' tab.
In addition keep help documentation in synch with referencing 'update'
tab instead of 'keep in touch' tab.

1ec1f0e1e8 refactor(common): move help into common prod/docs/help folders 
Step 1 -- move all product help into docs/help folders. Next, will
update corresponding scripts.
