Attempts to address #2682 .
Launchpad keyman-config build fails because `com.keyman.gschema.xml` isn't included in the manifest so it can't be copied into the destination.

Update launchpad.sh so that `${tier}` corresponds to the ppa link:
`stable` --> ppa:keymanapp/keyman
others --> ppa:keymanapp/keyman-daily
ppa depends on the `${tier}`.

Addresses Linux for #1535
This puts the QR code at the bottom of the Keyboard package "About" page.
Also added some padding between package and keyboard details.
