docs(windows): replace 'keep in touch' tab with 'update' tab to help file

Prevent files docs/help/basic/config/keep-in-touch.md and docs/help/context/configuration-keepintouch.md from being processed by removing them.
Replace 'keep in touch' with 'update'

Fixes: #13703
