fix: detect bare Claude 5 family (opus-5/sonnet-5/fable-5) in temperature rejection check

Browse source 
Anthropic dropped temperature/top_p/top_k for Opus 4.7+, and separately for
the entire bare Claude 5 generation across all three model lines. The
existing major.minor regex only matched dotted Opus versions, so
claude-sonnet-5 (the configured default model) silently failed every
request with HTTP 400 temperature is deprecated for this model.
